This feature documentary film, directed by Fini Maza, tells the story of 60 students from Nepal and India who, at the end of 2014, requested money from their families, banks and loan sharks to enroll in Lambirds Academy, a college in North America. Short after landing in St. Lucia, an idyllic island on the Caribbean Sea, they discovered that the college didn´t exist. Lost, penniless, and with their passports confiscated, the youngsters spent the next year maturing in the face of loneliness, tension and trials with just one goal: to get their money back and travel home.
